Cancellation & Returns

Wondering if you should really buy from us?
We believe that the customer is the center around whom our business revolves and hence we take necessary steps to keep him/her thoroughly satisfied. All the same we do not deny the possibility of a loss or damage of an item while in transit. If the purchase is found to be unsatisfactory in any respect, please contact our customer care.

For outright Cancellation
If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is made after the product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:
a). If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them about your intention.

b). If you have received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. No Questions Asked Return Policy when the complaint is made either through email or phone within 24 Hours after you have received the shipment. You may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs. If you purchased the item in free shipping offer 5% of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee).

Note: Grabmore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at incorrect price.

General Return Policy

30 Days Replacement Guarantee

The 30 days of replacement guarantee is available to all products sold on Grabmore.in. The replacement guarantee includes replacement of entire product or the certain part's alone based on availability at grabmore.in

We cannot accept returns under certain conditions as follows.

a) If you notice any physical damage on the product and not informing our Customer Care immediately from the date of delivery.

b) Products with damage or defect which is not covering manufacturer's guarantee.

c) Damages and malfunctioning of the product due to misuse or incidental damage.

d) Products with Missing serial or UPC numbers and tampered products.

e) Returning of products without original packaging or without inclusive of all items originally delivered along with the products.

f) Returns of opened packages will be accepted only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

g) Any item which is used or consumed.

h) Products like innerwear, lingerie, socks and freebies with clothing.

i) Disclaimer: Product colour may differ slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

Note: The above-mentioned policy is for most products, including books, CDs and DVD’s. However, due to the nature of goods, the Cancellations, Exchange & Returns policy for consumer electronics is slightly different:

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Laptops
a) If you notice any physical damage to the laptop or any of its accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.

b) If you happen to notice any defects in the product, kindly contact the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer. If you cannot find the nearest authorized service center, please contact us immediatley and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

c) Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

d) Within 24 Hours of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs If you purchased the item in free shipping offer then Rs. 500 of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped with the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

e). If you encounter problems more than a week after receipt of the item, we will not be in a position to accept any returns. You will have to contact the nearest service center to have the issue resolved.

Note: All Laptops are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Customer Care, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Mobiles
a) Our Mobile phone Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation Policy has a timeline of 24 Hours from the date of delivery. If you happen to notice any defects in this period, kindly go to the nearest authorized service center dead-on-arrival (DOA) certificate.You need to carry the phone along with the supplied in-box accessories and invoice in the same cell phone box that we provided. Once you have got the DOA issued, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement for you. In exceptional cases, the manufacturer may choose not to issue the DOA and resolve the problem by repairing your phone etc. In such cases, we will have to abide by the manufacturer's policy. If you cannot find the nearest service center get a DOA, please contact usimmediately and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

b). In cases where you have asked us to get a DOA issued and have a replacement shipped, we will not be in a position to cancel the order or issue a refund after the replacement have been procured.

c). Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

d). Within 24 Hours of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs If you purchased the item in free shipping then Rs. 300 of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped wherein the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

e). If you encounter problems more than a week after receipt of the item, we will not be in a position to accept any returns. The item will need to be taken to the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer.

Note: All Mobile phones are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Customer Care, and we will have the issue quickly resolved. If your ordered phone is a Micromax Mobile, please refer to the section: "

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Gaming Consoles
i. If you notice any physical damage to the Console or any of the included accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.

ii. If you happen to notice any defects in the product (like boot failure, etc.), kindly contact the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer of your Console.

If you cannot find the nearest service center please contact us at the earliest and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

iii. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

iv. Within 24 Hours of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs If you purchased the item in free shipping offer then Rs. 700 of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped wherein the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

v. If you encounter problems more tha a week after receipt of the item, we will not be in a position to accept any returns.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Cameras

i. If you notice any physical damage to the Camera or any of the included accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.

ii. If you happen to notice any defects in the product, kindly contact the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer of your Camera.

If you cannot find the service center please contact us at the earliest and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

iii. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

iv. Within 24 Hours of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs If you purchased the item in free shipping offer then Rs. 300 of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Items shipped from USA

i. If you notice any physical damage to the item or any of the included accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.

ii. If you happen to notice any defects in the product, kindly contact the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer incase the product has international guarantee else contact our customer care.

If you cannot find the service center please contact us at the earliest and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

iii. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

iv. Within 24 Hours of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs If you purchased the item in free shipping offer then 5% of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). Refund Process Modes

After getting refund request, your amount will be first credited to our account and you would be either reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code. Coupon Code will be sent via email to your registered email address for your future shopping at Grabmore. You will be able to avail it in 90 days for full value in one transaction. or Refund amount will be in the form of below mentioned methods.

  1. For orders placed using Credit card or Debit card or Net Banking method, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made.
  2. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) or Manual Bank Transfer or Cheque Payment or DD, the refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). The time frame would be 7-10 business days upon on submiting following bank account details.
