Grabmore ensures exchange or refund to the buyer for faulty products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, you will have to report the same to Grabmore support within 24 hours of receiving the item. Grabmore will make sure that the item is either replaced or a refund is made to you. This is applicable for products sold by Grabmore and sellers.
Item not received
We strive for on time shipment with a guaranteed processing time of maximum 15 days after the order is placed. Processing time is the time taken by Grabmore or the seller to pack the item and hand it over to the Courier Company for shipment. If in cases the item is shipped by us or our seller, and the item has not been received within the stipulated time, you can contact our customer care. Grabmore will ensure delivery of product or refund, in case it is lost in transit or if there is delay due to unforeseen reasons.

You can post a feedback on Grabmore.in with regards to the experience with our sellers. This is done to maintain the quality of our service. We do not remove our buyer feedback simply because it reflects negatively on the sellers review score. This feature will be shortly launched.
